Thermally conductive silicone adhesive, with good electrical insulation and arc resistance performance, can be used in-50℃~200℃ temperature range, very stable for the storage.

Product Applications

Bonding with normal metals and non-metallic materials, suitable for bonding and sealing between heating components and heat sinks, and fixing bonding of heating components .
