AS32(27) is a one-component neutral dealcoholized silicone adhesive that reacts and solidifies with moisture in the air at room temperature, forming an elastic colloid after curing. This product has a high thermal conductivity of 2.7W/m·K and has thixotropy, so there will be no collapse or sagging during the glue application process. After curing, it has good insulation and thermal conductivity, no corrosion, and is easy to repair. Suitable for manual or automatic glue application processes.
