AE23(15) quickly solidifies under heating conditions, with low curing shrinkage. After curing, it has excellent high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation properties. Its low coefficient of linear expansion has high reliability in environments such as thermal cycling, and can meet application requirements such as low stress and high heat resistance.
