AS42(15) is a two-component thermal conductive silicone potting, mixed in a 1:1 mass ratio, which can be vulcanized at room temperature or under heating conditions. Low viscosity, good fluidity, and forms an elastic thermal conductive insulating colloid after solidification. Low stress, can protect electronic devices from external impact. It has long-term stability within the temperature cycling range of -50 to 200℃ and will not experience delamination due to high and low temperature impacts.
