AS42(35) is a two-component thermal conductive silicone potting that solidifies into a high thermal conductivity elastic colloid at room temperature or under heating conditions, with low stress characteristics. The thermal conductivity of this product is 3.5W/m·K, which can maintain stable mechanical and electrical insulation performance in a wider temperature environment (-50 to 200°C). It can meet the high thermal conductivity and insulation requirements of electronic and electrical components such as capacitors and transformers, as well as the sealing application of power adapters.
