AS3461 is a one-component RTV organic silicone sealant, which is a neutral organic silicone material catalyzed by titanate. It does not contain amino silane and can be cured at room temperature and humidity. After curing, it has good toughness.
AS3461 has low viscosity, good flowability, low odor, and is suitable for shallow encapsulation and surface coating of electronic components. It has good sealing and adhesion properties for general plastic, glass, metal, and ceramic materials, and can maintain long-term excellent performance between -50℃ and 200℃.
