AS3645 is a one-component high-temperature vulcanized conductive adhesive that can be cured at a temperature of 150℃ for about 20-30 minutes, and the curing time can be further shortened as the temperature increases. AS3645 uses Ni/C as a conductive filler. After vulcanization, it not only has excellent conductivity but also significant flexibility, excellent compression and rebound performance, and the adhesive layer cross-section does not collapse. It has good adhesion to most conventional substrates such as conductive coating films, die casting, and metal coatings. A substrate that can be used for metal, electroplating, or chromate treatment, suitable for FIP on-site formed electromagnetic sealing gaskets.
■ One-component high-temperature rapid vulcanization. ■ Excellent toughness and resistance to mechanical impact. ■ Excellent conductivity. ■ Good resistance to high and low temperatures and weather. ■ Strong adhesion. ■ Solvent-free, low odor, compliant with RoHS.
